Add this fresh, smooth dip as a condiment, an entree or for that extra bit of moisture to help the medicine... or dry biscuit, go down 😋
This smooth salmon dip was a happy little accident I created while experimenting for the rye bread, salmon and dill emulsion recipe. It makes better for a dip because of the dairy components and it's a handy extra little serve of protein for those who are looking for it 💪🏼
Salmon has such a strong flavour and it really carries through in this recipe. For people who are missing tastes and flavours when they are adhering to a modified diet, something with such a strong flavour can really help to meet their sensory needs and desires associated with food.
This recipe is an easy one to play with in that, if you want to change the texture by making it more smooth or more thick, you can simply change the ratio of ingredients such as reducing the amount of cream or adding more salmon 🐟🐟🐟
There are so many ways this can be enjoyed be it a shared dip in the centre of the table, a spread on some bread or crackers, or a garnish to finish off something simple and crisp. Let this be your perfect example of how getting curious, creative and experimental in the kitchen can lead to some winning results, even if they're not what you intended ✨
